Opt-outs at the account level restrict the account from sending SMS messages to the opted-out number. Each number purchased through Interact offers the option to "Enable account level Opt-out" on the "Manage number" page.
When this feature is enabled, any user who responds to one of your campaigns with an opt-out keyword gets opted out from all further messages sent from your account.
On the "Account level SMS opt-outs" column of the Opt-outs page, you can verify to see if a number is suppressed at an account level.
