The import time for contact upload into Interact depends on the number of contacts. Smaller imports are usually processed quickly, while larger ones might take longer. While the upload is pending in the background, you are free to navigate and use the product as usual.

Once the contacts are uploaded, you will be notified via email and a notification on the lists page. You can also check the quality of import in the list import summary which shows invalid and duplicate contacts that couldn't be uploaded.
