During list creation, Webex Interact automatically removes invalid contacts from the import list. These can be found in the list import summary, which displays:

Total imported contacts
β Failed/invalid contacts
For example, 44123400000 or 44123456789, are invalid as they are 11 digits each and would not make a valid phone number and hence will be removed during import.
To fix invalid numbers:
Download the failed contacts file from the import summary.
Check for errors and correct any formatting issues.
Re-upload the corrected file to your contact list.
