In Interact, you have access to various merge fields such as first name, last name, city etc. by default which can be used to add contact details. If you need additional fields, you can create new custom fields as required while mapping columns during import.

You can use any of the custom or merge fields added to the contacts during SMS campaigns to personalize messages and enhance customer experience.

For example, in the below message, we will replace the merge fields $first name, $car_model, and $MOT_date with respective values for contacts within a list while sending the campaign.
