Webex Interact provides multiple options to handle duplicates during list creation:
Merge by Phone Number – Merges contacts with the same phone number and updates common fields with the latest data.
Merge by WhatsApp Number – Merges contacts with the same WhatsApp number and updates common fields with the latest data.
Import Contacts As-Is – Imports all contacts, including duplicates, without merging them.
Skip Importing Duplicates – Imports only the first occurrence of a contact and excludes duplicate entries.
