Webex Interact

Webex Interact provides options during the list creation that allow you to handle duplicates based on your preferences: 

Merge by Phone Number: This will merge all the contacts within a list based on phone number and update any fields that are common with latest data.

Merge by WhatsApp Number: This will merge all the contacts within a list based on WhatsApp number and update any fields that are common with latest data.

Import Contacts as it is: Webex Interact will import all contacts from the uploaded data, including any duplicates. Duplicate entries will not be merged, and each contact will remain as an individual entry.

Skip importing duplicates: Duplicate contacts are not imported into Webex Interact. If the uploaded data includes duplicate phone numbers, only one entry with that phone number will be imported, and other duplicates will be excluded.
