How to edit and update the teammate role?
Go to the Teammates section in Account details.
Locate the teammate whose role you want to edit and click Edit.
How to transfer ownership of the account?
As the Account Owner, go to the Teammates section in Account Details.
Locate the teammate to whom you want to transfer ownership.
Click Transfer Ownership and confirm.
The selected teammate will become the new owner, and your role will change based on your selection. When the transfer is completed, the new Owner will receive a confirmation notification and is prompted on the dashboard to verify a phone number.
How to resend an invite for a teammate?
Go to the Teammates section in your Account details.
Locate the teammate who has an expired invite and wants to re-send the invite
Click Re-send invite to send a new invitation.
How are permissions managed when a role is changed or updated?
When a role is updated, the user's permissions are automatically adjusted to match the new role. This ensures they immediately gain or lose access based on the updated role, preventing unauthorized actions.
What happens if a new teammate doesn’t complete their profile setup?
The invited teammate receives an email with a link to join the account. If they don’t complete the setup within 24 hours, the link expires, and a new invite must be sent.
What if a user is accidentally assigned the wrong role?
The Account Owner or Administrator can update a teammate’s role at any time. Changes take effect immediately, adjusting the user’s access accordingly.
Is there a limit to the number of teammates that can be added to an account?
Yes, an account can have a maximum of 50 teammates.
What if the current owner leaves without transferring ownership?
If the Account Owner leaves without transferring ownership, contact support for assistance in assigning a new Owner.
Can there be a temporary admin role to manage the account until a new owner is assigned?
No. Only the Account Owner has full control over the account. Until ownership is transferred, no other user can have full account permissions. Contact support for assistance in assigning a new Owner.
What happens if a marketer needs to make a payment?
Only Owners have permission to process payments. Marketers must coordinate with an Owner for any payment-related tasks.
What if a teammate is mistakenly deleted?
If a teammate is deleted by mistake, they can be re-invited to join the account again.
How do teammates manage their notification preferences?
Notification preferences are managed at the account level and can only be managed by an Owner or Administrator. However, notifications are user-specific. For example, If a Marketer sends a campaign and notifications are enabled at the account level, the Marketer will receive the notification.
