Why upgrade to Webex Interact?

Webex Interact is our new, easy-to-use messaging platform that provides your business with the tools they need to easily send campaigns across multiple channels. The platform is designed to engage your customers with highly effective SMS and WhatsApp campaigns.

You'll benefit from some of the staple Messenger tools and ways of working- with the ability to schedule campaigns, import customer data and create helpful templates.

We've utilized the foundations of Messenger to bring you additional channels, more in-depth and visual reporting as well as fun additions such as emojis, unlimited merge fields and so much more.

Starting your upgrade:

Once invited, you can upgrade at any time from your Textlocal account. All you need to do is complete the two simple steps.

  1. Click the 'upgrade for free button'

2. You'll then be provided with a short summary similar to the below. This page details the data that will be carried over from Messenger to your new Webex Interact account. This includes a balance conversion for any remaining credits.

We will automatically carry over your contacts, sender names and opt-outs. You'll then need to log in using the same email address you use to access your Messenger account.
