Why did we decide to create Webex Interact?
We wanted to expand on the knowledge and legacy that we built with Textlocal in the mobile messaging space, to offer more messaging channels and an enhanced user experience, to help our customers get the most out of our platform.

What will happen to Textlocal?
All Textlocal customers will be invited to upgrade to Webex Interact over the next few months via email. We’ve made the upgrade process as simple and stress-free as possible; your data will be seamlessly transferred to your new Webex Interact account upon completion.
