How to personalise your WhatsApp Business profile

When sending WhatsApp messages via Webex Interact we recommend personalising your Business Profile which can be seen when recipients look at your contact information.

We have made it as simple as we can for you to do this via the platform.

To do this log in to your Webex Interact Account, on the left side menu, select the option Channel Setup (it has a cog next to the name).

Once done you will have an option to select SMS or WhatsApp, on this occasion please select WhatsApp.

On the main screen, you will see your WhatsApp Account, it will show the registered number and your WABA ID. To the right of this you will see 3 dots (...), please select this and choose the Manage option.

On this page it will give you plenty of options to personalise your WhatsApp account, add information such as your physical business address or your Internet domain. You can also give customers options on how best to contact you via email or phone. You can also choose to include some ‘About’ information, providing customer with more details about your background and overall brand, or any other helpful information.

It will also give options to configure Auto Replies or OptOut messages.

Once edited please select Update and this will save the information.
