WhatsApp pricing is determined by type of message, and the region it's being sent to.

Whether it's a marketing message, a utility notification, or an authentication message, each has its own pricing structure.

Marketing Messages cost £0.0609 in the UK.

  • Marketing — Enables you to achieve a wide range of goals, from generating awareness to driving sales and retargeting customers. Examples include new product, service, or feature announcements, targeted promotions/offers, and cart abandonment reminders.

Examples of Marketing Templates.

  • " Hi {1}} Our new summer collection has just arrived in store, why not pop down to have a look? Or check out our website {{2}}

  • "Summer is here, looking for something to do with the children over the holidays? Click here to book with a special rate: {{1}} and make the most out of your summer days”.

Utility Messages cost £0.0387 in the UK.

  • Utility — Enables you to follow-up on user actions or requests. Examples include opt-in confirmation, order/delivery management (tracking information); account updates or alerts (payment reminders); or feedback surveys.
