How to verify your Webex Interact account

There are two different states that your Webex Interact account can be classified as. It can either be verified or unverified.

If your account is in the unverified state, you will not receive the complimentary balance or be able to make any purchases to execute your campaigns.

When you verify your account you will see the following window that allows you to enter your number, including the correct country dial code.

Click on Send OTP to send a one-time password (OTP) to the number you have registered.

You can then input the 6-digit code into next window.

If you do not verify your account during the initial setup, you have the opportunity to do it when you have logged in. Unless the account is verified, each time you log in and go to the dashboard, you will see the following message:

Clicking on the Verify number button will take you through the same procedure as above and will remove the banner from the dashboard.

N.B. If the account is not verified, you will not be able to use the MFA (multi factor authentication) security measure. This feature helps us to mitigate fraud and abuse on Webex Interact accounts.
